22 Apr Happiness=Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
For my fifth and final installment of the smoothie series, I offer up one of my absolute favourite combinations – chocolate and peanut butter. Seriously, this mood lifting duo can inject happiness on the dreariest of days.
In developing this recipe, I kept it simple and not too sweet. I wanted the dark, rich notes of the cocoa to come through. I found a splash of vanilla extract and using a ripe banana were enough to satisfy my not-so-sweet tooth.
Without further ado, here’s how you can blend up some happiness.
