#HeartSquad7 Contest – CLOSED

For Heart Month (February) we are going to Canadianize the heart healthy Mediterranean diet. Every day for seven days, we are going to reveal which Canadian foods to enjoy to love your heart. These seven foods are part of the Heart Squad.

To add an element of fun into this wintery month, we’re super excited to launch our #HeartSquad7 contest. Entering is easy. Just sign up to our newsletter (launching in March). You’ll get inspiring information and stories to help you eat better, move more, stress less, boost your brain power and create happy moments.

How to Enter — To be eligible for the contest, you must subscribe to the thrive360.buzz newsletter no later than February 28, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. The contest is open to Canadian residents aged 18 years and older (except residents of Quebec).
